Leakage

Once you refill the perfume bottles with the perfume, it leaks. Unless there's something I'm missing

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a leak. The containers are designed to be leak-proof, so this issue is likely due to an incorrect refill process. To assist you, we will be emailing you a video tutorial that demonstrates the correct way to refill the container. Additionally, you are more than welcome to visit our store, where one of our team members will be happy to show you the proper refill method in person.

If you follow these steps and the container still leaks, it may be a faulty item. In that case, we will gladly exchange it for you.
